Curricula Descriptions

We encourage regular attendance in Sunday morning programs.

We realize that families cannot come to church every Sunday, but we ask that you attend as consistently as possible.  We meet with the children for little more than an hour each week.  If your child attends every Sunday, he or she is with us for about 50 hours a year, which is the equivalent of 10 days of Unitarian Universalist Religious Education.

Classes provide a structured approach to support and complement your work as your child’s primary religious educator.  Regular attendance strengthens this connection and ensures that your child obtains maximum benefit.  Consistent participation also fosters a sense of community within each class and encourages the growth of friendship.

For more information, you may pick up a Religious Education Children and Youth Programming Prospectus in front of the RE Office. It contains and elaborates on information found throughout the RE web pages.

Registering Your Family

It is our policy that each child or youth under the age of 19 that attends RE programs must have a parent/guardian fill out a Family Registration Form by their third visit to the church. Families are welcome to register throughout the year. You do not have to be a member of the church to register your child with the RE Department.

We also invite you to join our Registered Families Google Mailing List by sending a message to .

Make a financial contribution to the annual Stewardship Canvass.

We do not charge a registration fee, but rather rely on your generous annual pledge to provide funds for the general operating budget, which includes the Religious Education Program.
