This is your Official Notice<\/strong> for our Spring Congregational Meeting<\/strong> on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at 1:30 p.m., to be held live on Zoom.

<\/a><\/em><\/strong>
The church bylaws specify the following regarding voting eligibility: \u201cIndividuals who have been members of the church for 30 days or more and who have (as an individual or part of a family unit) made a recorded financial contribution during the last 12 months and at least 30 days prior to the meeting, have the right to vote at all official church meetings.\u201d<\/em>

Thus to be eligible to vote, you must have made a documented contribution between May 31, 2019 and May 1, 2020.<\/strong>

The list of eligible voters will be released soon also on the church website, and will be in the announcement for the congregational meeting to be held in May.
