On December 19, 2021 at 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. in First UU Austin’s Sanctuary and\u00a0on Zoom, we will hold our Fall Congregational Meeting. Zoom link is: zoom.us\/my\/firstuuaustin<\/a> password: 512452
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Congregational Meeting, we will walk through the\u00a0 agenda and materials, found here<\/a>,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and take any appropriate votes.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The church bylaws specify the following regarding voting eligibility: \u201cIndividuals who have been members of the church for 30 days or more and who have (as an individual or part of a family unit) made a recorded financial contribution during the last 12 months and at least 30 days prior to the meeting, have the right to vote at all official church meetings.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus to be eligible to vote, you must have made a documented contribution between December 19, 2020, and November 19, 2021<\/strong>. You may attend either in person in the Sanctuary at 4700 Grover Avenue or by Zoom. In-person attendees are required to wear a mask at all times when inside the building.
