This is your\u00a0Official Notice<\/strong>\u00a0for our\u00a0Spring Congregational Meeting<\/strong>\u00a0on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 1:00\u00a0\u00a0p.m., to be held in the Sanctuary and on Zoom<\/a>.\u00a0


Meeting Materials<\/a><\/em><\/strong>

The church bylaws specify the following regarding voting eligibility:\u00a0\u201cIndividuals who have been members of the church for 30 days or more and who have (as an individual or part of a family unit) made a recorded financial contribution during the last 12 months and at least 30 days prior to the meeting, have the right to vote at all official church meetings.\u201d<\/em>

Thus to be eligible to vote, you must have made a documented contribution between April 22, 2021 – April 22, 2022<\/strong>
