\u00a0\u201cGood news\u201d column, is the report\u2019s assessment of the state of climate action across the nation. It\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>growing quickly<\/strong><\/span><\/a> nation-wide\u00a032% increase<\/strong>\u00a0in city and state-level adaptation plans and actions since the last assessment was published in 2018; and\u00a0<\/span>every state has <\/strong>added new state-level mitigation activities<\/strong> since then as well.<\/span><\/div>\n
