May 21, 2017 Meeting Materials<\/a><\/p>\n The voting list will be posted by Sunday, May 7, 2017\u00a0<\/span><\/span>in the copy room and on the welcome center board at the church. Please check the list and let Chris Jimmerson know if you have any questions or believe you have incorrectly been omitted from the list. Chris may be reached\u00a0by email<\/a>\u00a0and at (512) 452-6168.<\/p>\n The church bylaws specify the following regarding voting eligibility: \u201cIndividuals who have been members of the church for 30 days or more and who have (as an individual or part of a family unit) made a recorded financial contribution during the last 12 months and at least 30 days prior to the meeting, have the right to vote at all official church meetings.\u201d<\/p>\n
