Courage and Wonder: Envisioning Our Future Together
\nGuided Workshops at First UU<\/h2>\n

What are they?
\n<\/em><\/strong>Guided discussions to focus on the future goals of our church.\u00a0In each workshop, we\u2019ll talk about courage and wonder in our lives and how we want to use those qualities in our future. We\u2019ll tell stories and share wishes for the future. We\u2019ll consider what future we could build on our church\u2019s strengths together.<\/p>\n

Why do this?
\n<\/em><\/strong>Healthy congregations systematically and regularly renew their promises\u00a0together. Since doing this seven years ago, 350 new members have joined the church\u2014and now the voices of new and long-time members need to be heard. It\u2019s an opportunity to participate in the life of the congregation in a deep and meaningful way and to connect with fellow congregants in fun and energizing workshop.<\/p>\n

Who should attend?<\/em><\/strong>
\nYou should! However you\u2019re connected with the church, however long you\u2019ve been here, we want to hear from you. We need a diversity of voices and visions.<\/p>\n

When and where?<\/em><\/strong>
\nPlease choose one of the\u00a0following times and sign up with the simple form below.\u00a0All workshops will be held at the church,\u00a0childcare and food will be provided.<\/p>\n
