Childcare will be available. We will discuss the proposed agenda and materials to be voted upon at the <strong>formal congregational meeting<\/strong> to be held on <strong>Sunday, December 17, <\/strong><strong>2017<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>at<strong> 1:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Materials for the meeting are available in the copy room at the church, or by clicking on the link below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/austinuu.org\/wp2013\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/11-19-17mtgpckt.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Draft Fall 2017 Meeting Materials<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the church bylaws specify the following regarding voting eligibility at the actual congregational meeting: <em>\u201cIndividuals who have been members of the church for 30 days or more and who have (as an individual or part of a family unit) made a recorded financial contribution during the last 12 months and at least 30 days prior to the meeting, have the right to vote at all official church meetings.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Thus to be eligible to vote, you must have\u00a0<strong>made a contribution between\u00a0Dec. 18, 2016 \u2013 Nov. 17, 2017. <\/strong>A voting list will be posted at least two\u00a0Sunday\u00a0prior to the actual congregational meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please join us for the pre-congregational meeting on Sunday, November 19, 2017\u00a0at 1:30 p.m. in the sanctuary.
