This is your official notice<\/strong> for our fall congregational meeting<\/strong> on Sunday, December 16, 2018, 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. in Howson Hall.<\/span><\/p>\n

Copies of the meeting packet are available in the copy room at the church and by online by clicking the following link:<\/span><\/div>\n

\nThe voting list has been posted in the copy room at the church. Please check the list and let Rev. Chris Jimmerson know if you have any questions or believe you have incorrectly been omitted from the list. Chris may be reached by email<\/a> <\/strong><\/em><\/span>and at 512-452-6168. After December 2, you may contact Shannon Posern via email<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span> or at 512-452-6168.<\/span><\/p>\n

The church bylaws specify the following regarding voting eligibility: “Individuals who have been members of the church for 30 days or more and who have (as an individual or part of a family unit) made a recorded financial contribution during the last 12 months and at least 30 days prior to the meeting, have the right to vote at all official church meetings.”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Thus to be eligible to vote, you must hav made a contribution between December 16, 2017 and November 15, 2018<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
