This is your official notice for our regularly scheduled congregational meeting on Sunday, December 18, 1:30 p.m.–2:45 p.m. in the sanctuary.

The voting list will be posted by Friday, December 2 in the copy room at the church. Please check the list and let Chris Jimmerson know if you have any questions or believe you have incorrectly been omitted from the list. You may email Chris or call at (512) 452-6168.
The church bylaws specify the following regarding voting eligibility: “Individuals who have been members of the church for 30 days or more and who have (as an individual or part of a family unit) made a recorded financial contribution during the last 12 months and at least 30 days prior to the meeting, have the right to vote at all official church meetings.”
